Mobile Phone Round-Up Of The Week!
Great news for all Nokia lovers with knowledge that the awesome Nokia N95 will be on release in the UK around early-mid March time. No official announcement has been made by Nokia as yet. I just can't wait to get my hand on this little beauty!
Motorola have plans to release a load of new handsets for the new year. These include the Moto RIZR Z8, Moto KRZR K3, Moto Q2 HSDPA, Moto Q GSM/EDGE plus a range of budget handsets namely the W360, W205, w510, W395 mobiles.
For all you dangerous drivers out there who drive and talk on your mobile phone simultaneously, you'd better watch out! New laws mean you'll now get three points on your licence as well as a 60 fine if you're unlucky enough to get caught. Shame on all of you who do this…I'd never be so irresponsible! The latest must have gadget for mobile phones could well be the BluOnyx Mobile Content Server, a storage solution for your mobile phones when card capacity just isn't enough. The product from Agere Systems allows you to transfer or stream music, video, pictures, business files to or from mobile phones, to any PC, TV or next-gen games console.

Motorola unveils the W510 world phone
The sleek, slim clamshell looks like Motorola's own KRZR, but is more basic when it comes to features. The Motorola W510 looks like a cross between the KRZR K1 and RAZR. The W510 foregoes the eye-catching shiny shell of the KRZR for a simpler matte finish we have come to expect from Moto's aging RAZR line. Like the RAZR, the W510 also sports a black border surrounding the clamshell's external display. Under the hood, the W510 can considered the "lite" version of the KRZR and includes many of the same features, such as speaker-independent voice dialing, stereo Bluetooth, a media player and microSD memory expansion. Also like the K1, the quad-band W510 does not support HSDPA or UMTS networks, limiting it EDGE. The W510 continues to show off its mid-range multimedia features with a 1.3-megapixel camera, which is a step down from the KRZR's 2-megapixel lens.
Motorola W510 clamshell - Inspired by the decidedly higher-end ...
Although it is clearly closer to an entry-level phone, Motorola is telling us to say goodbye to low tier and hello to MOTOMOBILE with the newly announced W510 clamshell. Combining "the best in design" with value, the Motorola W510 flip phone is inspired by the decidedly higher-end MOTOKRZR, offering a vibrant 262k color TFT screen, 1.3 megapixel camera, and an integrated media player. The camera is capable of taking both stills and video, getting in real close on the action with its 8x digital zoom. There's no 3G or WiFi on board, the W510 at least comes with EDGE in addition to the usual GSM/GPRS smattering of radios. You'll also get MP3/AAC ringtones, video streaming, and CrystalTalk. No service providers have announced that they'll be picking up the W510, but we can tell you that Motorola will be ready to ship "in the first half of 2007."
